"Been here several times before, always enjoyed it, just across from the beautiful Ohope Beach. Rooms are clean and tidy. Host was very pleasant and helpful. Beds were clean and tidy and comfortable. Parking is straight outside room very handy, good for motorcyclists too. Very quiet, slept well."

"This stay was so amazing. Affordable, great location, awesome hosts/owners. Owners/staff were really hospitable, the room was really clean and beds were comfortable. We fit 5 people in a single unit but could fit another person if we wanted. Checking in and checking out was very easy. Loved this place and got to watch the sunrise in the morning as the beach is a 2 minute walk away. Would definitely recommend for families. Also, locals are very friendly as well. There is Sky and Netflix for entertainment. Looking forward to staying here again in future."

"This is one of the best spots in Ohope. Very handy to everywhere in Ohope and Whakatane. The owners are so helpful to make your stay enjoyable. The studio room was very good bathroom is large. Milk in a jug in the fridge along with glass of orange juice. I will be back again. Remember to book early. Thank you"

"We stayed in the front unit and it has a spectacular view of Ohope Beach. Went to sleep to the sound of the waves crashing and woke up to see some great surf waiting for me. Walked across the road and had breakfast at their private beach-side table as ths sun came up. Ideal. The unit is so close to the beach we didn't bother taking our towels, just back to the unit, hose off the feet and inside for a shower-off. Wanda was very friendly and it's great value."
